- Registered Nurse (RN) – Ardmore, OK
- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care, including medication administration and treatments, to home health and hospice patients. Supervise LPNs, aides, volunteers, and homemakers to ensure quality care. Collaborate with the PCC/Director and clinical team to maintain compliance with all regulations and uphold high care standards.
- Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid RN license in Oklahoma and current CPR certification, pass a drug screening prior to hire, and demonstrate proficiency with computer-based documentation. A clear criminal background check is also required for employment.

- Responsibilities: Assist clients and families with household tasks including cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping, and errands. Provide personal care and support for daily living activities to promote safety and help prevent health decline
- Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license with liability insurance. Must pass a background check, drug screen, and have a current TB test. Requires ability to follow directions, perform assigned tasks, and provide proper documentation for employment records.
